We have successfully tested RAGTune in a library setup with a dozen of full-text books and using OpenAI-3.5. Now we want to add it in a library OAPC so that users can ask questions about a book.

How to do it? Do we need to deploy it in Streamlit Community Cloud? Is it possible to test the deplyment in a localhost setup first?
