🐞 JupyterLab and RStudio charts do not contain the CDE NGINX tunnel functionality #6358

Describe the bug.

Legacy NGINX proxy has a /tunnel path but that was removed in CDE NGINX in favour of host-based routing.

As we are hastily upgrading to CDE NGINX, the charts need the same ingress functionality as VS Code
