There is NVIDIA Control Panel! If you want to run it on a Graphic Card, right click on the desktop, then select NVIDIA Control Panel.
It should appear a window. Click program settings, choose MilkDrop 3, then change the preferred graphic card to High-Performance NVIDIA Processor. Click apply, launch MilkDrop 3 and enjoy! ;)

EDIT: I recently have discussed with @milkdrop2077 (a.k.a. serge000) that I only had an Intel Graphic Setting. https://x.com/OfficialIncubo_/status/1800594487460200701?t=VZnVLIxkYPdd8ASeg904rA&s=19
Strange. I have my laptop with RTX 3050 4GB graphic card. It should work fine when you run with NVIDIA Graphic Card.

Hello @PatrikNeunteufel
of course RTX4090 are support, just open the file settings.ini with Notepad and change VideoAdapterIndex=0 to VideoAdapterIndex=1

Or like OfficialIncubo wrote, select your preferred graphics card directly in Windows!

Hello @milkdrop2077
that is weird, after extracting in a new folder and first opening md3, the setting.ini is what listed under 1). after change the settings (changed fps to120), the settings.ini changed alot, and the VideoAdapterIndex Entry is lost, and i always have two times the "AMD Raedon(TM) 610M" in the dropdown to select the display adapter, this has no effect on the settings.ini in any way.

and i also checked the NVIDIA Control Panel as @OfficialIncubo wrote, there is no program settings where i can choose milkdrop 3. im using v8.1.966.0

If MilkDrop3 doesn't appear in the list, click "Add" button, then choose the MilkDrop3 file. It should be added to NVIDIA Control Panel that you can tweak the settings.

In Windows go to Graphics Settings : then you can select the card to use per application.
Or manually add the VideoAdapterIndex=0 or 1 to the ini file.

That's exact an alternative option. Like NEST Immersion did a tutorial on how to change Graphics via Windows settings (https://youtu.be/PQXkUVHr6XY), go to Settings -> System -> Display -> Graphics -> Add MilkDrop3 Program, then change it to High Performance.
