BeatDrop already has api-ms-win-shcore-scaling-l1-1-1.dll in the main folder for more Windows 7 compatibility.
Please copy api-ms-win-shcore-scaling-l1-1-1.dll to your MilkDrop3 folder and see how it works! ;)

I didn't see this thread first, unfortunately, and had to find the DLL somewhere else but I, too, got the error to disappear from a Win 7 machine by putting it in the MilkDrop3 folder. So I think it would help to include the DLL in a future version or at least to forewarn Win 7 users in the install instructions of the issue and how to resolve it. Thanks!
