tables in database not found

when i open the login page i get the following error
Tax data could not be retrieved: SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'wallace.tax_items' doesn't exist
and when i type the username and password and hit login i get this error
SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'wallace.sale_items' doesn't exist

Hi, the same thing happens to me and I can not find the .sql file to import the tables to the db that I created for the system. Please if someone can help us with this error.
