Using the Set-muser license command, only users from a specific domain among registered domains, not one user, tried to cancel and allocate licenses.

Set-MgUserLicense -UserId "userupn" -RemoveLicenses "E5-skuid" -AddLicenses @{}

Set-MgUserLicense -UserId "userupn" -AddLicenses @{SkuId = $e5Sku.SkuId} -RemoveLicenses @()

The E5 license allocation and cancellation for one user were carried out normally through the above commands,

As such, I tried to delete E5-skuid from all users using domain.com and allocate E5 again, but I got an error in that area.

If I look at a little bit of hand in that area, I think I can only cancel the E5 license and do E3 for users who use the specific domain I want, but I just don't know.
