Describe the bug
So if you have an existing Prompt Flow in ai.azure.com and you click on the menu item
Image

it will then automatically open up the last PF you were in. Not sure that's good if you routinely work with multiple, but hey, someone else can moan about that.

If you then open up the Files panel, it invariably only shows some of the files. Going back to the list of Prompt Flows and then re-picking the same one then shows you all the files.

How To Reproduce the bug
Steps to reproduce the behavior, how frequent can you experience the bug:

  1. Create a PF
  2. Exit it
  3. Re-enter it
  4. Open the Files

Expected behavior
I would expect it to show all the files

Screenshots
If I click on the menu item that directly goes into my last PF, I see:
Image

Using the Breadcrumbs I navigate back to the list of my flows and then re-enter the same PF, I now see all the files

Running Information(please complete the following information):
Not sure the following is relevant

  • Promptflow Package Version using pf -v: [e.g. 0.0.102309906]
  • Operating System: [e.g. Ubuntu 20.04, Windows 11]
  • Python Version using python --version: [e.g. python==3.10.12]

Additional context
I have to say that for all my many years as a .NET developer, this is by far the most shoddy offering that has ever come out of Microsoft. The most basic things don't appear to have been anywhere near QA. This isn't the Microsoft I know...
