The link in README.md points to https://developer.microsoft.com/json-schemas/ but that's a 404

It's not dead, but the error is slightly inaccurate.

It 404s because there's no page for 'directory index', and that is a directory.

try https://developer.microsoft.com/json-schemas/spfx/semver.schema.json
