[BUG]: Sample setup script fails

Description

In CLI for Microsoft 365 v9, it is no longer possible to use the multi-tenant app to login into a Microsoft 365 tenant. Sample script needs to be updated to have steps for developers to create single tenant app for use with CLI for Microsoft 365 or convert the script to use Azure CLI.

Expected behaviour

Setup script should create app registration

Actual behaviour

Script throws an error on login
