LU - features going global bug

Describe the bug

The application was working fine but when he exported the LU file and imported it to another application it is going global instead of the associated intents and additional entity getting created with that feature included in the entity.

To Reproduce

I can reproduce this behavior, please check following snapshots:

Features configuration of the initial app:

Features configuration of the imported as a LU file app:

Features configuration of the imported as a JSON file app will be same with the initial app.
