Repro Steps

I installed the web service in wsl1. After installing nginx, I can upload files to wsl1, but there is no traffic when downloading. Is there any restriction on this? I turned off the Windows firewall and the same thing happened. I couldn’t upload.。Because my computer cannot use wsl2, do you have any thoughts on this? what should i do

Expected Behavior

I want wsl1 to be able to access the network services inside normally from the external network.

Actual Behavior

Can be uploaded normally, but cannot be downloaded from the Internet
