Repro Steps
I don't know why the issue occurred in the first place .
My Docker Data was full .
By default I am storing Docker data is another drive Q drive .It was full so could not run the Docker Desktop or wsl .
To release space and enable wsl to run I compressed the Disk a bit and wsl was running fine post that but it stopped running after some days .
I ran the following script to check for the issues
Invoke-WebRequest -UseBasicParsing "https://raw.githubusercontent.com/microsoft/WSL/master/diagnostics/collect-wsl-logs.ps1" -OutFile collect-wsl-logs.ps1
Set-ExecutionPolicy Bypass -Scope Process -Force
.\collect-wsl-logs.ps1
Pasting the zip That was created
Expected Behavior
wls2-log.zip
Actual Behavior
wsl command should run properly .
I should be able to open wsl .
And So my Docker Desktop should work fine as well
