Set-ExecutionPolicy Bypass -Scope Process -Force
.\collect-wsl-logs.ps1

The script will output the path of the log file once done.

If this is a networking issue, please use collect-networking-logs.ps1, following the instructions here

Once completed please upload the output files to this Github issue.

我也有这个问题且不适用于 #11697
这是我的安装日志
wsl-install-logs.txt

我已经解决了问题，wsl --update安装失败使得$\WindowsApps\MicrosoftCorporationII.WindowsSubsystemForLinux_2.2.4.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe
中被占用，导致无法安装成功，可以用Remove-AppxPackage 将其卸载，失败可以尝试获取对应目录权限
