Diagnostic Logs
I followed the Microsoft installation (https://learn.microsoft.com/fr-fr/windows/wsl/install-manual), checked the environment variables, checked that it existed in the system32 folder , uninstall restart reinstall and restart, check additional updates, check that virtualization was activated in the bios, install the wsl 2 kernel packages several times, check the Event Logs and Services, check in the list of functionality that wsl and virtualization and hyper-v was activated, perform an sfc /scannow and I think that's all
