git clone with proxy encountered bug

Repro Steps

1. Proxy Client : v2ray, i use it to do proxy for my windows, and set in .wslconfig autoproxy=true, like:

[wsl2]
networkingMode=mirrored
dnsTunneling=true
autoProxy=true
localhostForwarding=true

2. Then I try clone my repository from github to my wls home dirctory, but i get :
   

3. and i can see it in v2ray log, github.com is proxy status

4. if i turn v2ray off , tring clone in wsl, and i will get access my proxy port 10809 failed, it still tries to use proxy, this is also not normal behavior i think.
   please help me, why i get this, and how to figure it out.

complete cloning

git clone interrupted by some thing else

Set-ExecutionPolicy Bypass -Scope Process -Force
.\collect-wsl-logs.ps1

The scipt will output the path of the log file once done.

Once completed please upload the output files to this Github issue.

additionally, i can use proxy to complete "git clone"m, so i think there is some problem with wsl network with proxy
