Repro Steps

I'm running a Go application in WSL and trying to connect to a gRPC service running in .NET in Windows host.
I can connect from this same Go application running in Windows via localhost:5000.
Until 03/22 I was able to connect to the gRPC service via host.docker.internal:5000, although the application is not running in docker, but directly from Windows host.

Since 03/25 I cannot connect to this gRPC service running in Windows in WSL, although I can use Postman in Windows pointing to localhost and all endpoints are working fine.

Expected Behavior

I should be able to make requests to the gRPC app from WSL

Actual Behavior

Requests from WSL to Windows
