Repro Steps

I followed the steps on How to install Linux on Windows with WSL
Run a terminal on admin
type wsl --install -d Ubuntu
wait for a while and then it report

As i did set the correct settings, it didn't work as well.
I also rebooted my computer, it didn't work as well.
I installed the WSL in this page: and it didn't work as well.
