Environment:
Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.20190.1000]
Steps to reproduce
No logs - because of no access
.wslconfig doesn't exist in %USERPROFILE/AppData/Lcal/Tmp
Nothing related to wslconfig exists!
Some swap files exist, maybe related to other working distros like CentOS7: like {99b21a4a-725d-4a99-b51b-d5f121efb31c}.vhdx 64Mb - swapfile ?
Expected behavior
Distro starts like others: Ubuntu 20.04, CentOS7
Actual behavior
Fails to start with error "The system cannot find the file specified."
[process exited with code 4294967295]
