Bug Details

The link "Developing in a Codespace" found in the deployment.md file is is broken with 404 - Page not found
A clear and concise description of what the bug

Need the information to learn how to use codespaces when my org requires managed devices.

"unable to obtain access token: running Azure CLI: exit status 1: ERROR: AADSTS530003: Your device is required to be managed to access this resource."

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Go to deployment.md
  2. scroll to the section "Log into Azure using the Azure CLI"
  3. Find the NOTICE: about developing in codespaces
  4. Click the link
  5. Observe the 404 error

What is the expected behavior?
Expecting to get detailed info on how to use codespaces when getting the errors that my organization requires managed devices.
