Using Power Toys v0.86.0. MWB is not running in service mode. Mouse not set to wrap and requires CTRL to move between screens. Both systems running Windows 11 at latest service levels. PC with the keyboard and mouse focus is awake and in use, while the PC without the focus is online but the system is locked and the displays are sleeping. Unable to determine what I'm doing on the "in focus" system but, without warning, the "not in focus" systems makes a Windows alert sound of some sort and then displays the WHfB prompt for the PIN, as if I had moved the mouse on the "not in focus" system. This happens several times an hour and forces me to mute the "not in focus" system.

That said, this ONLY happens when the first system that set the key is in focus and the second system is not in focus. When the second system is in focus and the first system is not in focus, this does not occur.
