It seems object initializer expressions throw off the generator, which misses types being assigned to properties.
Something like this:
class A { public IEnumerable<string> Items { get; set; } } class B<T> : List<T>; var obj = new A() { Items = new B<string>(); // Generator misses this };
B<string> should show up in the global CCW vtable.
