Thx very much for this nice magento extension - after a few minor manual fixes this extension works like a charm in the frontend!

I want to generate orders in the Magento Admin Backend as well (to apply orders from ebay), but it seems the extension is not included in the backend templates.

When I reach the point where I can choose the shipping method, there is no option (radio) generated from this active shipping method.

Any hints on how to solve this is appreciated.
