Error in Method getCartTotal

Hi, in app/code/local/Fgits/Shipping/Model/Carrier/Customrate.php the local variable $priceInclVat is not initialized before using in the foreach loop. And there are two return lines. One of them is unintended, the second is never reached.

Additionally, the method name determineShippgingCost has a typo, the g after the pp.
