Proposal to adopt iCal status property options for h-event.

"TENTATIVE" ;Indicates event is tentative.
"CONFIRMED" ;Indicates event is definite.
"CANCELLED" ;Indicates event was cancelled.

No mf2 markup for it yet, but the event name is prefixed with "CANCELLED:"
