When micro:bit V2.21 is powered from a battery only, triple press reset eventually causes the RESET button to stop working completely.

Switching off or disconnecting the battery clears the problem.

To reproduce, connect battery power, then repeatedly press RESET at a steady rate. Start just not quick enough to trigger Bluetooth mode and gradually speed up. I think about 2 per second is the required rate.

Think oneTHOUsandONEoneTHOUsandTWO - press on capitals. Once you have the hang of it, a triple press reset can go wrong every time - actually it only takes 2 presses.

This will make it clear when RESET stops working https://makecode.microbit.org/_RKcW4XPvT9Mh

Tested with Interface Version: 0257

@microbit-carlos I'm guessing this is a firmware issue.

Also tested with 0258 beta 3 - it's the same. micro:bit V2.00 is OK.

I noticed too that simply connecting and disconnecting USB power clears the problem.
