Is a 2 thumb slider with min and max the same value possible?

Is there some way to set the min and max value to the same value for a 2 thumb sider?

I haven't found a way to do this but would love to have this ability!

When they are both at the same value, there would need to be a mechanism to say which thumb is moved so you can move them to different values again. This could be a setting or just move min thumb when sliding left and max when sliding right?
