[TODO] 'Verify my Setup' shouldn't be Sticky

Problem:

Right now, in it's sticky state, it's difficult to scroll (you have to reach the bottom of the main content to be able to scroll down in teh sticky part)

Solution

• Do not make this sticky, but inject it as a first sibling of topmost sections
• The ' Verify your Stimulus Setup. X CLOSE' should be still sticky (also figure out what to do with it once the verification instructions are not in view anymore)
• Check out how twitter does this (when adding/removing people from lists)
