Suggestion: DLP support

Suggestion: Enable dumping by sending multi2l over Download Play (using Haxxstation). This would enable people who don't have DS flashcarts to dump their GBA games by using a compatible network card, DSi, 3DS or Wii(U) to broadcast multi2l to the DS/Lite.

This would be achieved by doing one or more of the following:

• Add support for wifi dumping. This would require the person to be able to create a wireless access point to with compatible (none or WEP) security and have a PC.
• Add support for dumping via audio or video output. This would require the person to have
  a male-male audio cable/microphone/camera and a PC.
