Exception List - Unable to create repository

Hi I am unable to create a repository with svnadmin. When I try to add a repo, I get the following Exception. But I have no idea on this. Please help me to fix this!

Exception list

@hsuanfenwu Hi, have you already resolved this issue? I meet same issue when repository name is written with chinese characters.
