Done:

Download Android release APKs
Extract libc++_shared.so and libvlc.so
Download and extract AWindow.java, IVLCVout.java and AndroidUtil.java from sources.

To do:

Compile the 3 java classes into a .aar with gradle.
Add the .aar to https://github.com/videolan/libvlcsharp/tree/master/LibVLCSharp.Android.AWindow and build the project to get the autogen binding dll.
