Hi, I keep getting this error, could you help?

compress-html>make clean && make
rm -f src-compressed-string.base64 index.html
process_begin: CreateProcess(NULL, rm -f src-compressed-string.base64 index.html, ...) failed.
make (e=2): The system cannot find the file specified.
make: *** [Makefile:10: clean] Error 2
