I have been using metacoag for a bit and found it to be a great tool:)
Not sure if this has been addressed before but does metacoag have a --continue option or a way to continue from a previous job?
I attempted using --continue, to no avail.
I also tried running the same script but the job was simply repeated.
I am trying to use this on a large sequence that used high depth and want to use metacoag on a co-assembly in future.
Thanks.
