Clipboard History slow to add copied text

Tested on both win 10 and win 11 fresh installs and clipboard history takes awhile to have the most recently copied text to show up and sometimes shows that there is no history.

This happened to me too, I used to think it was because my windows was inactive but it fixed itself after like a month..

hi, i have the same issues past weeks and i solved it increasing the UAC Level to default.
this solved too paste screen shots from clipboard on WSP Desktop.
