Upgrading Nextjs and dependent libraries in front end, modify the code structure

Scope includes Members and teams & rest of the modules along with Code cleanup, remove redundant dependencies -- Supporting Mobile breakpoints

• Start development on base project and Layout for the core module of the directory
• Develop UI Components which includes filters , input elements etc
• Login & Join Network Module flow
• Convert ts to pure zod based in frontend
• Members Module - List , filter , Search , Member Details Page
• Team Module - List , filter , search , team details page
• Settings module including Privacy settings
• Project Module - List , filter , search, details page and impact on members,team modules
• Breakpoints for Mobile - Module Directory
• Convert ts to pure zod based in frontend
• Admin Module
