parse2 function

Hey, are there plans to add the parse2 function?

I added myself many months ago but it was on another rust-ffmpeg-sys project so I'm confused.

It'd be very very very useful to have this as when you're not working with containers, that is, you're feeding raw h264 data for example, you need to parse it with parse2
