Astimp : Can't deleted VM from UI.

test cases:-
astimp created a VM and its not fully running its failed.
then, he deleted VM but its not deleted

Issue because that VM doesn't exist in opennebula but tried to delete the vm
and it is fixed
@rajesh-rajagopal test in next build and close the issue
