I am getting ready to publish a package that depends on this one. It would be nice if all dependencies could be installed through pip. README.md says this is 'coming soon.' Let's make it happen. Is there anything I can do to help? What steps are necessary before this happens?

Looking at the code, there seem to be some incomplete parts (e.g. NotImplemented in State.update). I am hoping to learn if there is some existing vision for what state the project should be in before it is published. Of all the parts of python-mediawiki-utilities that were refactored into this mediawiki-utilities project, this component seems to have diverged the most.
