Missing features

Adapt lexis of strings, numbers, etc.
Special symbols
Make sure unicode works
Facility for custom input to allow for unicode input sequences, such as '\::'
Pragmas — needed in the Haskell language configuration, too.
Idiom brackets (| ... |) — this raises the question of how to add custom brackets.
Support for placeholders and holes #78
