Query for surveys by geographic area and/or other fields

Suggestion: when zoomed in on an area in the SMDB map, have the option to open a window that lists all the mission nanes displayed in that area, with the mission names hyperlinked to thumbnails (then Mission Details). It will help sort out places where repeat mapping has occurred.

This is still a high priority. Having the newest compilations also appear on the results page would help address the needs to ROV pilots and other users.
