Ability to enable incoming-request logging

In our registrationcomponents it would be quite useful to be able to turn on API request logging, this to help out situations where the client doesn't or can't have insight into the request being sent.

Something similar we did with VIPS with drf-api-tracking. Do note that with the components the most useful part is having insight into the request body.

As with our django-log-outgoing-requests library, security and privacy issues are abound so the ability to temporarily enable this would be sufficient in my eyes
