Add a text before launching the quizz

The admin-screen after launching

Did the issue occur at ClassQuiz.de, or on a self-hosted instance?

How can the issue be reproduced?

Just after launching a quiz, the admin show QR-code, and wait the users connect to the quizz.
Then he click on "Start Game" and reach a blank page with just :

• page number" on the top left
• "Next Question"

Describe the bug (with screenshots if possible)

I suggest to add some text in the center of the page like :
⌛ Please, wait until all users are ready...
Share this screen if needed and launch the game when ready, with the "Next question" on the top-right...
