method hasPermission(String) missing #114

I'm testing cordova-plugin-vuforia and when I'm building the app (android) the build fails because the method hasPermission(String) is missing.

I find out here https://github.com/NeoLSN/cordova-plugin-android-permissions that this method is deprecated, how can I update it?
