I am trying to model the route choice of passengers between a crowded and empty PT line. I have found this in-vehicle cost calculator that accounts for crowding. How can I go about implementing this as the default cost calculator? Any tips would be helpful, maybe @jfbischoff

A second question is how to activate the Events-Based Public Transport Router that is described in this chapter. I find it listed in this list of MATSIM Contribs but the corresponding folder is missing on github. @sergio537
