Smart screens are offered with a Windows app from the vendor.
This app is built in C# with Visual Studio.
The app is different for each hardware version

Turing Smart Screen - vendor app

For the 3.5" version, this program is called UsbMonitor.exe
Latest English version - 35inchENG.rar
Latest Chinese version - 35inchNEW.rar

For the 5" version, the default software is UsbMonitorL.exe Latest English version for 5" display - 5inchENG.rar

Xuanfang screen (Version B & "flagship") - vendor app

This program is called ExtendScreen.exe
Latest version - english and chinese - XFZX.zip
Check this link regularly for new versions

If the program starts in Chinese language, here is how to change the language:
