Describe new feat

Add "Sound" form with adequate sections for submitting new sounds on issue form and add a direct link for this form from Noisekun website.

The issue form should automatically apply tags "feat" and "Sound".

to-do

  • Github Issue Form
  • Link to form from Website

Maybe, in the future, create a Github Noisekun App for authenticate user and submit this form directly from website
