Some time ago I made a post with following content:

@... Our &s go to eleven!

After getting some notifications on the Android phone, I noticed that & had been converted to just &:

This happens with Mastodon Android 2.6.1 from F-Droid.

The notification text and title come directly from your Mastodon server, the app doesn't process them 🤔

Ok, then looks like it's this one: mastodon/mastodon#19718 (I'm using mastodon.social).

Weirdly, with Fedilab the same notification was displayed correctly.
