Add/consolidate form input validation rules #885

Currently, form input components have a limited validation logic embedded in specific.

We should:

Support input validation rules, e.g.
- required (exist in Input for label and individual Input components)
- min (exist in inputNumber and inputCurrency separately)
- max (exist in inputNumber and inputCurrency separately)
- minLength
- maxLength
- pattern
- validate
Consolidate and document existing validation logic

Research existing libraries and determine the best way forward:
