Empty input pop-up not displaying when CreatePrep button clicked on SettingPanel.jsx

When a user clicks on the CreatePrep button which is located on the SettingPanel.jsx, the text fields for Course topic and Notes should be checked. If at least one of those is empty, then a pop-up should display, which says that the on of the inputs is empty, it should say which one . However, currently, the pop-up is not displaying.

Design for pop-up you can make as you prefer, but try to follow the overall design of the page. Just make sure it shows right message
The pop-up should be located in the UI folder.
