Pridaj UNIQUE constraint na InforequestEmail.email. Teda aby ziaden mail.Message sa nemohol priradit naraz viacerym inforequestom.

Doteraz sme mali taketo obmedzenie iba ako soft check v datachecks. Ale asi by bolo lepsie dany invariant zarucit priamo na urovni DB.

Po zmene potom budeme moct asi vyhodit datachecks z chcemvediet/apps/inforequests/models/inforequestemail.py, kedze po pridani constraintu by check mal byt vzdy OK. Ale pls pred zmazanim to over.

Tiez pls prejdi celu codebase, a zamysli sa, ci pridanie constraintu nieco niekde nepokazi.
