Switch main branch name to dev to be consistent with other marshmallow-code projects #129

I just noticed this, but most of the marshmallow projects are clear of the issues around master as a branch name and are using dev as the mainline branch name.
But this project is still using master. I think it would be good to switch it here, unless there's any reason not to do so.
